Where were you at the 1994 FIFA World Cup?What about 2002? 2018? Well… In 2022, more than 8 million people were in their bank app, but not to pay the bills. Brazilians love two things: football and taking a guess in everything (from soap opera scripts to medical analysis). 

NuBolão was a platform inside Nubank's app where people could take a guess on match results, create groups with friends, share badges and win prizes. We also created badges to gamify NuBolão and turned the 'guessers' into content until the end of the World Cup.

Through gamification, we developed mascots that followed the cheering

crowd throughout the FIFA World Cup.

Palpiteiros were even stars on the biggest World Cup streaming channel.
